Chief Executive Officer

Marco Marrone is the former EVP of Canadian Tire Corporation and COO of Canadian Tire Retail, one of Canada’s largest retailers, delivery quality customer experience. In this role Mr. Marrone oversaw three retail organizations – Canadian Tire Retail, Canadian Tire Petroleum and PartSource, totaling over $9 billion in sales across 870 retail locations. Prior to this role, Mr. Marrone was the CFO and EVP, Finance for Canadian Tire Corporation, and President and CEO of Canadian Tire Financial Services and Canadian Tire Bank. In addition to his various volunteer positions, Mr. Marrone currently sits on the Nordstrom Bank Board, the Giant Tiger Board and the Brock University Board of Trustees. He is also a former member of the Canadian Banker’s Association Executive Council.


Kate Espina

Vice President, Client Services North America & Business Development Canada

Kate Espina is a seasoned client focused executive who leads Client Services in North America and Business Development in Canada for GiveBridge Inc. Kate’s vast experience in the charity and corporate sectors have allowed Kate to develop extensive client management and relationship skills, analytical skills and a focus on donor management. Kate’s partnership approach allows for transparent client relationships and diligent campaign management. This delivers strong return on your investment, in a high quality face-to-face donor acquisition campaign.



Valdemar Pacheco

Vice President, Field Operations

Valdemar is the Vice President of Field Operations for GiveBridge. Valdemar has years of experience in the non-profit sector focusing on Client Management, Operations and F2F Fundraising. As the former Executive Director of an international marketing firm, he assisted in the development of independent sales organizations throughout North America. Valdemar’s focus in developing Face-to-Face Fundraising Ambassadors extends to several continents including North America, Europe and Australia utilizing an array of Fundraising techniques and mediums of canvassing from Door-to-Door, Street, Mall and Events. Valdemar believes that success in f2f is about embracing the cause and making a personable connection with the Donor – those are the fundamentals that help make a difference in the world and deliver a successful campaign.



David Orr, MBA

Director, Business Development

David Orr, Director of Business Development at GiveBridge, leads both the business development and marketing efforts for the organization. David has more than a decade’s worth of experience in both strategy and digital marketing. David has lead corporate efforts in all areas of business, from entrepreneurial startup companies to international fortune 500 companies. David’s passion for human rights, animal rights, and environmental initiatives has proven to be valuable strengths with his creative drive at GiveBridge. This professional and motivated drive that David has allows him to align a charities mission with our unique approach to fundraising. David earned his Executive Master of Business Administration from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University with a focus on International Business and Marketing.
